In May, John McCain said, "It would only postpone or temorarily relieve our dependence on fossil fuels."
In August, McCain said, "We have to drill here, and we have to drill now, and we have to drill immediately."
Which is it, Senator? This wouldn't be another instance of you changing your public position on an issue to attract votes, would it? Trying to get votes from ignorant people who believe that drilling will do any good?

McCain is an old man who can't remember what he said yesterday -- so forget about anything he said a few months ago.
